Kate has probably been gone for a long time. Unclear if it was accident or ‘Royal sacrifice’. Maybe they were just experimenting to see how long they could get away with it.

For comparison four data points:

1. Real Joe Biden likely permanently gone sometime in 2017, but possibly replaced (arrested?) by body double during Obama II and used as mole around the time that Obama started treating him badly (~2014-15?). That is ~7 years ago.

2. Real HRC likely died in September 2016 either by illness, whitehats (tribunal), or blackhats (intended to use her identity to win 2016 election). High probability she is gone, exact date unknown. That is ~8 years ago.

3. Jimmy Carter was diagnosed with Stage4 pancreatic cancer in ~2015 after an initial cancer diagnosis in ~2009 or earlier. He likely died at least 9 years ago, but is still “alive, but has been in hospice for 12+ months”.
