Basically it's talk about what radio's and antenna setups they are using and how far away they are from each other. I get it, but it's just not me, then again I also know a good understanding of what they are capable of and how to use them could be a life saver someday. I figure in a bad situation little ol me on a radio isn't going to be too important, I might actually take the test if I can raise my enthusiasm past snooze level.
