Trump winning in 2020 if they just rule on the first, and then let SoH Trump assume his new "Constitutional role", and SCOTUS does not get blamed for "installing Trump". But they might just make a ruling that they are connected and if Trump is already SoH, then they have remedied the situation automatically without having to get the US Marshals to arrest anyone? And, it is remedied in a way that effectively gives Trump nearly 4 years back as he can serve 2025-2029 without even being elected again if Dems cancel or challenge 2024 for the next 4 years.
