Military takes 800mg for everything, 4x a day for 3200 max
The best thing to do is combined ibuprofen and aceteminophen . 2x ibu (400mg) 1x ace (500mg) every 6 hours should be fine and as needed, an extra ibu and an extra ace. Never go over 1000mg aceteminophen every 6 hours though.
Drink green tea with them, it should help because of the light caffeine and L theanine.
