Although seemingly told from a lefty's perspective, this was a very insightful tale about the way DC really works, and how Dick Cheney was basically acting as a dictator through various beaurocratic agencies and legal loopholes. They do "conveniently" leave out a bunch of connections around 9/11 and other issues, but I still think it's worth a watch. It is still free on Tubi but will expire in a week. After that you will have to find it elsewhere.
