GWP released the only so far video out as of yet. And I don’t see where a “beating” or they shot him is. They do say they tased him but all the officers that got him are out of breath from chasing him and getting him on the ground. The main officer pacing around says he even tackled him, but I don’t see nor can hear a commotion of dude being beaten or shot. But he does have the electrical lines coming off him that paramedics obviously remove when they arrive with dude propped up against the I assume, stolen car.
