And that's after Cwm Taff Morgannwg Health Board, which covers Bridgend NHS services, internally published a 'Mass Vaccination Plan' in August 2020 which explicitly stated that admin requirements would include "completion of Vaccine Passport", despite the government swearing blind at the time that there was absolutely no consideration of such a thing.
