I don't see how it can be legal to file [frivolous] lawsuits based on products being abused against gun manufacturers, but not against pharmaceutical corporations for damages caused by people abusing their products. How is such a legal double standard allowed by the supreme court?

I don't see how it can be legal to file [frivolous] lawsuits based on products being abised against gun manufacturers, but not against pharmaceutical corporations for damages caused by people abusing their products. How is such a legal double standard allowed by the supreme court?
