A love boat clip came across my feed with one of the characters faking the illness of Kuru! Knowing that word is likened these days to elites who participate in cannibalism.

(I guess it’s a thing in LA)

I was surprised it was used in an old 70s 80s TV show. What was interesting is they called it a tropical island disease.

I am familiar with it, bc there are videos of the German Prime Minister, shaking uncontrollably, with people relating it to the ritual of cannibalism shaking/body tremors as one of the symptoms.

The name kuru came up at that point.

Kuru is found among people from New Guinea who practiced a form of cannibalism in which they ate the brains of dead people as part of a funeral ritual.
