Given the number of "migrants" employed at many of these plants it is not unreasonable to assume one or two "Mexicans" from the somewhere other than Mexico could be responsible for sabotage.
With increase in border crossings in the last 19 months a large team could be employed to defeat facial ID. It would probably only take 1 proficient tactian to plan and train the acts of sabotage.
Does anyone have a map of these showing the distance between them and the average travel (driving) time between the locations?
