He seemed to know a lot about McRaven but looked a lot older than his 2014 speech UOT @ Austin, and a bit shaggier. Oddly, in hindsight, he looked and sounded similar and was quite intelligent. In a bragging kind of way, he said he was receiving 16K retirement, 4K SS, and was currently pursuing a Doctorate. in Business.
