POSITION: contingent psychologist for a hospital ED (since 2/2020) LAST SHIFT: 12/31/2020 NEXT SCHEDULED SHIFT: 1/16/2021 “SEPARATION” BY PHONE-CALL: by immediate supervisor on 1/15/2021 REASONS: Unreliable??? WRITTEN WARNING FOR TARDINESS:
Nov. or Dec. 2020; in my file; HR not involved; no late policy for contingents ....I had no other tardy time stamps since then, EXCEPT for contacting my boss before a shift on NYE that I was going to need to find coverage for first few hours of my shift, but no one was able to cover...there was still coverage until I arrived...stayed later than shift which i would often do anyways.

SUSPICIOUS/UNJUSTIFIED RESPONSES BY MY BOSS (during PC on 1/15/21):

1. Stated I was tardy 2 times other than NYE (I have asked for a time stamp printout)
2. Staff had stated I didn’t reply to texts asking for coverage. A. That is not even a policy or requirement B. These are usually group texts, so if coverage was found before I responded then I didn’t always reply after that.....WTF is wrong with that???
3. I was told this separation wouldn’t affect my ability to be hired again in the future and would not be used against me as it would pertain to outside references
4. Requested a follow-up letter to phone call and told I would receive it next week (tues?)

One last point...during my PC I also told my boss that I was going to be calling her that day as well. She insisted I first tell her what it was I needed to discuss.

I told her I wanted to know if the Feb schedule had been completed. Prior to my explaining further, she indicated that someone stepped down from FT position, which she knows I would have applied for it in a heartbeat because of how much I lived working in the ED). Anyways, she proceeded to say she is still working on the schedule as a result; however at this time it is best that we separate for reasons of unreliability.....huh????? Btw I fulfilled all required classes, credits, paperwork, required monthly shifts, etc with no problems all the time, in addition to picking up extra shifts as much as I could.

So before the phone call ended I told her I was inquiring about the schedule because I was just scheduled for surgery requiring me to be off work for 4 weeks. I told her I was going to reschedule surgery if it was going to conflict with schedule. Then I ended call saying I guess when it rains it pours....little did she know that I had 2 emergency diagnostic tests for cancer that week, in addition to needing a brain MRI and Pelvic CT scan prior to surgery....but I guess I’m unreliable for asking about my work schedule first!

Okay, so here are reasons I’m starting to think the following may have influenced this decision:

1. Trump sticker on my SUV
2. WWGIWGA #QANON sticker on my phone cover
3. I hadn’t posted or really used FB for months (btw I’m not FB friends with boss) until 1/5/21 when I posted the following and decided to make it private on 1/6/21 (I think) where it would only be accessible for me to see it

I also joined Twitter in Oct/2020 to follow POTUS....part of the time my account was also under my full name, but I didn’t even think twice about it because I was riding solo with no personal contacts

I did also refuse the COVID vaccine in Dec when asked if I was going to want it (we were never giving any mandates as with the typical flu shot)

So, there’s my rabbit hole....am I losing my mind with my suspicions? If not, then what, if anything, can be done in a situation such as this?

So I am not feeling so confident that Pompeo is going to be VP. Flynn will then take Pompeo’s position as he announced today that he will be stepping down from his position next week (I do wish that it said step away rather than down).

The APA DSM-V may soon need a very revised edition of psychological disorders! It will need to include diagnosis such as MSM Induced Psychotic D.O., DS Grandiose Delusional D.O., & Projected Reality D.O.!

This will be the result of such fictive realities that will soon be suffocated by whirlwinds of exposed deceit. The scripts have been negated, & panic is in the air; however their blind ignorance will be restored with visible truth. We will have to be there to lift them through their exorcisms. All sarcasm aside when I say we will need to have saving grace if we are going to more fully unite as a country.

The swamp darkened the DS’s vision, so the only defense given to their followers was to mute the so-called conspiracy theories, rather than provide disputing evidence as in the court of law. The Biden base should be outraged by the fact they were merely treated as deaf and dumb and those who sought knowledge and clarification were shunned!
