RACINE, Wis. -- President Joe Biden will announce plans for a new artificial intelligence data center in Racine, the White House said Wednesday morning.

The White House said the effort, a $3.3 billion investment by Microsoft, will create over 2,300 union construction jobs and 2,000 permanent jobs over time.

The President will unveil the plan today while visiting Racine, where he'll deliver remarks about his "Investing in America" agenda. He'll then head to Chicago for a campaign reception.

The last time the President was in Wisconsin was on April 8th, when he stopped in Madison and announced a new student loan debt forgiveness plan.
