Most agencies are waiting for guidance from OMB. A lot of federal workers go with the flow and took the jab. The unions are worthless. As for paying back the PCS. Most are prorated for time served. I had more than one employee have a heart attack over seas and we either wrote it off or prorated it by the month. If he is ready for retirement the extra 10 months of pay you are waiting isn’t worth his life. If his agency put a medical or religious exemption in the guidance it’s a done deal he can use it. And if all else fails...the loudest employee always wins. He isn’t alone.
