I was watching something on newsmax or fox last night that featured a spot with Bill DeBlasio talking about mandatory vaccines and passports to prove it. He specifically mentioned to not try and use a fake one as it would be punishable by up to 7 years in jail.(?). Wouldn’t it have to be a law first to be enforced? As far as I know, that isn’t the case. Anyone with further insight?

Someone had previously posted the information that’s on the vaccine card including lot #, name, etc. Does anyone have that info to share again?
