Go check out Weatherman Plus on youtube. Mark's forecasts are pretty spot on. He predicted Helene 3 weeks before and was damn accurate. He's showing the possibility of 2 to 3 storms between Halloween and November 7. Is there a possibility it won't happen, sure. Models are showing storms right now.
