The Jr is dropped if the father dies so he would just be JFK. Q might just want to draw attention away from him too by saying he isn't alive. The video that 513anon shared is even more convincing than the ones I shared and they mention that in the video along with a bunch of other good stuff.
I stopped using google a few months ago, apart from youtube. I recommend using Brave browser and duckduckgo to get away from google a bit.
