Anons, just a quick message about physical fitness. 🧘Mental/Physical Health 🏋🏼‍♂️
posted ago by MagaMan1776 ago by MagaMan1776

The importance of physical fitness and being healthy cannot be overstated. I know most of us are unvaxxed and all that, and that's of course great. But eating healthy, working out, and staying fit are equally - if not - more important.

Over the last 8 weeks, I started working out 3-4 days a week. All at home stuff with a set of dumbbells and a yoga mat, 30 minutes or so a day. I've been working on full body stuff.

Coupled with regular exercise, I've started eating much cleaner. A cup of black coffee and 2 meals a day. 4-6oz of clean meat (fish, beef, turkey or chicken), and 1-2 cups of green vegetables (brussels sprouts, asparagus, green beans), and some kind of healthy fat (avocado, mixed nuts, peanut butter). I give myself a cheat meal a week, where I'll allow myself to add bread or pasta or something sugary to an otherwise clean meal, but only once a week as a little gift to myself.

My fiance has been my partner on this plan, she's been a motivator, she's been a positive accountability partner, and, if I may say so, is looking reeeealllll good (not that she didn't already). Together we've lost over 30 pounds in 8 weeks and added abs and muscle tone to our bodies. (Side note: this makes appendix carry a lot more comfortable).

In these last 8 weeks, I've found I have more physical and mental energy. I've found my productivity at work and at home have skyrocketed. I've found my research has been more productive. I've found my sleep is deeper and more regenerative, my days are generally more positive, and my overall feeling and well-being is so much greater.

The truth is, they want us unhealthy. They want us obese, on their drugs, and not physically able. The relevancy in this forum is that when the shit ultimately hits the fan, and society collapses or there are riots or whatever, I know that we're going to be physically fit enough to make it through. If we have to run, we can run. If we have to fight, we can fight. If we have to build, we can build - because we're focusing on our physical fitness now.

Can you run, if you need to? Can you fight if you need to? Can you build if you need to?

I encourage all of you to start becoming physically fit, no matter your age or your current fitness level. It's never too late, you're never too old, and you're never too fat or too disabled. Your physical fitness is the number one way to expand your life expectancy and keep your brain functioning well.

Godspeed, anons. Love and prayers to all of you and your families.

Feel free to PM me if you'd like to learn more about our workout and diet program. I promise I'm not selling anything, ever.

On Friday, the statewide indoor mask mandate was lifted (DE). Of course I don’t wear a mask anywhere, except in the conference room at the office where it’s easier to just wear it and shut up than start a fight.

But Friday, the statewide mandate was lifted. In celebration, I didn’t wear a mask at all, all day. In meetings in the conference room, walking around the office, nowhere.

Towards the end of the day, a mandate-loving, thrice-vaxxed coworker got up from her desk and began walking out of the office when she stopped and said “ugh, look at me, walking around without a mask like there isn’t a pandemic going on.”

I happened to be walking by, when she turned to a coworker and said “look at Magaman1776 walking around like there isn’t a pandemic going on.”

I passively said, “oh, they lifted the mandate today.”

“In the office?” She replied sarcastically (technically, there was a mandate in the public spaces of the office and technically it hadn’t been lifted by our bosses, but fuck all that noise).

“In the state.” I said. She rolled her eyes and walked away, masked. Not before she could clearly see my shit eating grin.

What happens if a vaxxed mother gives birth to a child? Does the child have regular human DNA, or is the child's DNA now tainted too? And what about if the father is vaxxed and the mother isn't? Does he pass this tainted DNA along to the child?

36

Fuck you, turd. Be careful. People are seeing your videos and coming here to laugh, and walk away questioning the narrative, and learning the truth.

You're not going to win this.

Fuck your tea, bitches. This is our country now.

This song, originally written for the musical Ragtime, is about blacks in the early 1900s telling the story of their struggle. But I listen to it today and apply it 100 years later to the patriots of this country, and of the world, who are fighting for our freedom and liberty. And further, I listen and imagine what we’ll say when we’ve won.

https://youtu.be/MMS0X_TbHNU

Go out and tell our story

Let it echo far and wide

Make them hear you

Make them hear you

How Justice was our battle

And how Justice was denied

Make them hear you

Make them hear you

And say to those who blame us

For the way we chose to fight,

That sometimes there are battles

That are more than black or white

And I could not put down my sword

When Justice was my right

Make them hear you

Go out and tell our story to your daughters and your sons

Make them hear you

Make them hear you

And tell them, "In our struggle,

We were not the only ones"

Make them hear you

Make them hear you

Your sword could be a sermon

Or the power of the pen

Teach every child to raise his voice

And then my brothers, then

Will justice be demanded by ten million riteous men

Make them hear you-

When they hear you, I'll be near you

Again

Of course I pray she has a full recovery and is fine, because while I disagree with her about everything, she is my coworker and I want her to be healthy. Plus she actually has a very important role in our small business.

That said, I can't help but laugh about the irony!

I'm still the only pure blood in the office, have never gotten COVID (while 2 of my vaccinated coworkers did) and everyone now is clamoring to schedule their boosters -- including a pregnant woman!! I've gotten to the point now where it's too late, their minds won't be changed, and I just hope they're getting saline solution.

I was on a business leaders zoom call the other night when 2 individuals, one limp republican and one definite liberal woman, were discussing the republican's recent travel to Florida. He went to Disney for a part of it and visited the Star Wars area, where Storm Troopers enforce mask wearing. He had mentioned earlier that, while twice vaxxed and once boostered, he was still wearing a mask at the event he went to, and was one of 15% of people who were. "It's like Covid doesn't exist in Florida."

After telling us about the storm troopers, this liberal bitch goes "There's something I like about the idea of having storm troopers enforcing mask wearing."

I couldn't believe it. Do you not see the fucking obvious Nazi symbolism there? And we're the fascists?

Run into the post office. No mask, as usual. I’m the only customer, 3 employees behind plexiglass and masks.

Cashier guy: You got a mask?

Me: hey can I get one stamp?

Cashier guy: You need a mask

Me: I don’t have one

Other guy: Well you need one to be in here

Me: I literally need one stamp

Some other bitch, raising her voice: You literally need a mask to be in here

Me: okay do you have one for me?

Cashier guy: no

Me laughing: well neither do I.

Bitch, angry: sir you need a mask to be in here.

Cashier: the dollar store next door sells them

Me, grabbing the envelope I was going to mail and leaving: Jesus, I would have been gone already.

Fucking USPS. Dumb ass government.

My employer requires a negative test to return to work, but not a vaccine, luckily. I’m happy to take the test because I’m the only one in the office who’s not vaccinated, and no matter which result I get, I win.

If it turns out negative (which I’m sure it will, since my taking extra vitamins and zinc), then all the vaccine freaks at the office will be mad at my dirty anti-vax self for not getting covid. Win for me, I’m living in their heads rent free. If it turns out positive, I still win, because I’ll survive it, proving the vaccine is unnecessary and now I’ll have the antibodies, which are stronger and better than the vax.

Win win, losers.

UPDATE: Got a negative result. In the office as we speak.

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them.

Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget. The President does.

You and I don't have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don't write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don't set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don't control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one President, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank. I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a President to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party. What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits.. ( The President can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.)

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House?( John Boehner. He is the leader of the majority party. He and fellow House members, not the President, can approve any budget they want. ) If the President vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to. [The House has passed a budget but the Senate has not approved a budget in over three years. The President's proposed budgets have gotten almost unanimous rejections in the Senate in that time.]

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million cannot replace 545 people who stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair.

If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red.

If the Army & Marines are in Iraq and Afghanistan it's because they want them in Iraq and Afghanistan ..

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power.

Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible. They, and they alone, have the power.

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses. Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees... We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

What you do with this article now that you have read it... is up to you.

This might be funny if it weren't so true.

Be sure to read all the way to the end:

Tax his land,

Tax his bed,

Tax the table,

At which he's fed.

Tax his mule,

Teach him taxes

Tax his car,

Tax his gas,

Find other ways

To tax his ass.

Tax all he has

Then let him know

That you won't be done

Till he has no dough.

When he screams and hollers;

Then tax him some more,

Tax him till

He's good and sore.

Then tax his coffin,

Tax his grave,

Tax the sod in

Which he's laid...

Put these words

Upon his tomb,

'Taxes drove me

to my doom...'

When he's gone,

Do not relax,

Its time to apply

Subject: New Vaccination Requirements

Version française ci-dessous.

Our priority is the safety and well-being of our colleagues, those we serve and the communities in which we operate. With vigilance and care, you have helped keep TD strong during a long and difficult period of disruption. Your efforts have been tremendous. Thank you.

Over the past several months, vaccines for those who are eligible have rolled out and are available across our footprint to protect against COVID-19. We believe that the majority of TD colleagues have already been vaccinated. This is great news.

However, COVID-19 remains with us and the Delta variant, which is far more contagious, is spreading in our communities, primarily to those who are unvaccinated. None of us want to see our health care systems stretched, new restrictions imposed, or businesses and schools closed again. We believe vaccination is the best path out of this pandemic, protecting us, our loved ones, friends, colleagues and customers.

Therefore, to support the global efforts to get more people vaccinated, effective November 1, 2021, full vaccination of an approved COVID-19 vaccine will be a requirement for all TD colleagues entering the TD workplace. This is the right thing to do to protect the health and safety of everyone who is working in TD locations, and we are encouraged that many other organizations have taken similar measures.

As part of our new policy, all colleagues will be asked to register their vaccination status with the Bank by September 30, 2021. Starting November 1, 2021, there will be additional protocols for colleagues who are still not fully vaccinated, or have not disclosed their vaccination status, including the completion of a learning module about the benefits of vaccination, mandatory COVID-19 rapid testing, and the wearing of a face covering at all times.

Work is underway and we will provide additional details in the coming days. I wanted to let you know our plans now so that those who are not vaccinated can take appropriate action as soon as possible. Please remember that you will continue to benefit from paid time off to get both your first and second doses.

TD is a great institution. Together, we have overcome significant challenges and demonstrated incredible resilience under trying circumstances. I appreciate your support of this important policy update and all the measures we continue to have in place, as we continue to do our part to protect the communities in which we operate.
