I'm just now remembering the movie and realized this. For anyone who doesn't know: it's basically a movie about a guy getting framed for assassinating the president of an African (?) country. I'm not gonna say which part of the movie but they drop major hints throughout the movie about the Deep State and how there is no Republican or Democrat in the Cabal.
