Trump always says don't tell your enemy what you gonna do, when and where. and if anything happens in any state, the military in each state will be the only force able to respond, in effect an inadvertent martial law, while not a single military presence in DC, making the military the extension of the National Guard, and its NOT martial law while all the traitors are "protected" in their custom built prison in the Capitol.
