New here...yes..the Posse Comitatus..to activate the Insurrection Act of 1807..suppression of civil disorder fills the bill..to police Elections..I think I have that right.. Now the Insurrection Act can be tied to his 2018 EO on Election Interference... I believe his going to Abilene & the defence center..qualifies for "Sky Fortress"..the Rock the Whitehouse..... ???
