Ms. Pelosi mistakenly says that Trump can prove his innocence at trial. Law in the US assumes the innocence of a defendant and the prosecution must prove guilt for a conviction.

They are clearly laying the narrative foundation to prime normies to believe in the assumption of guilt. This will ultimately backfire on them when the tables are turned and they are on the receiving end of the precedents they have set with their handling of the Justice Department. I believe now more than ever that this indictment is part of the movie that the White Hats are playing for the normies in order to mentally prepare them for high level political arrests.
