By now it’s fully established who is profiting from the ghastly Palestine tragedy.
As it stands we have 3 wins for the Hegemon and 1 win for its aircraft carrier nation in West Asia.
First winner is the War Party Inc., a massive bilateral scam. The White House’s $106 billion supplemental request to Congress for “assistance” especially to Ukraine and Israel is manna from Heaven to the weaponizing tentacles of the MICIMATT (military-industrial-congressional-intelligence-media-academia-think tank complex, in the legendary definition by Ray McGovern).
The laundromat will be on a roll, including $61.4 billion for Ukraine (more weapons and replenishing of U.S. stocks) and $14.3 for Israel (mostly air and missile defense “support”).
Second winner is The Democratic Party engineering the unavoidable change of narrative from the spectacularly failing Project Ukraine; yet that will only postpone the upcoming humiliation of NATO in 2024, which will reduce the Afghan humiliation to the status of sandbox child playing.
Third winner is setting West Asia on fire: the Straussian neocon psycho “strategy” conceived as a response to the upcoming BRICS 11, and everything in terms of Eurasia integration that was advanced at the Belt and Road Forum in Beijing last week (including nearly $100 billion in new infrastructure/development projects).
Then there’s the vertiginous acceleration of the project sponsored by genocidal Zionist maniacs: a Final Solution to the Palestinian question, mixing razing Gaza to the ground; forcing an exodus to Egypt; the West Bank turned into a cage; and, at the most extreme, a “Judaification of Al-Aqsa” , complete with an eschatological destruction of the third holiest place in Islam, to be replaced by rebuilding the Third Jewish Temple.
The “aristocratic bromance” enters the fray
Everything is of course interlinked. Vast swathes of the U.S. Deep State in tandem with the neocon-run “Biden” combo can ride the new bonanza side by side with the Israeli Deep State – their bubble protected by a massive propaganda barrage demonizing all forms of support for the Palestinian plight.
Yet there’s a problem. This “alliance” has just lost – perhaps irretrievably – the overwhelming majority of the Global South/Global Majority, which is viscerally Palestinian. Very well-educated Palestinians living in Gaza and suffering throughout the Unspeakable, fiercely denounce the ambiguous roles of Egypt, Jordan and the UAE while praising Russia, Iran and among Arab nations, Qatar, Algeria and Yemen.
All of the above spells out a stark continuity since the end of the USSR. Washington refused to dissolve NATO in 1990 to protect the immense profits of the weaponized tentacles of the MICIMATT. The logical consequence has been the Hegemon and NATO as a Global Robocop, in tandem, killing at least 4.5 million people in West Asia while displacing over 40 million, then killing, by proxy, at least half a million in Ukraine and displacing over 10 million. And counting.
In sharp contrast to the Empire of Chaos, Lies and Plunder, the Global South/Global Majority see the emergence of what a sophisticated Chinese scholar delightfully described as an “aristocratic bromance” at the center of the “present nexus of Universal History”.
Exhibit A is provided by Vladimir Putin commenting, “I cannot praise Xi Jinping because it would be as if I’m praising myself & that would be an embarrassing thing to do.”
Yes: Putin and Xi – those “evil autocrats” for Atlanticist totalitarian liberals – are bosom buddies and in fact soul mates. That leads our Chinese scholar to get deeper not only into their mutual understanding but also the increasingly complex links between arguably the last three Sovereign Civilization-States: China, Russia and Iran.
Our Chinese scholar shows that Putin and Xi “have practically the same reading of the geopolitical reality” apart from being the leaders of two out of three real Sovereigns”, and are “willing and capable to act rightly” in order to stop the Hegemon matrix:
“They have the understanding, the vision, the tools of power, the will and right now the favorable circumstances allowing them to put definite and definitive limits to the pretensions coming from the Anglo-Zio-American establishment.”
So it’s no wonder they are feared, despised and depicted as “existential threats” to “Western civilization”.
Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of Russia’s Security Council, with his eyes on realpolitik, allows himself a way more blunt assessment: “Led by the U.S., the world is steadily rolling into a deep abyss. The decisions made clearly point not only to irreversible mental deterioration, but also to loss of the remaining shreds of conscience. These decisions, both significant and minor, are glaring symptoms of the epidemic social disease.”
Israel’s serial binge to elevate the concept of “crimes against humanity” to a whole new level does fit the definition of an “epidemic social disease” – and worse. Tel Aviv has embarked on a path to erase any cultural, religious, civic footprint in northern Gaza; raze it to the ground; expel its residents; and annex it. All that fully legitimized by the “rules-based international order” and its lowly vassals.
Dragging West Asia into war
It’s always instructive to compare the Israeli dream of a Final Solution with facts on the ground. So let’s call Lt Gen Andrey Gurulev, a member of the State Duma Commission for reviewing federal budget expenditures on national defense, national security and law enforcement, and a member of the Duma Committee on Defense.
Here are Gurulev’s key points:
“Israeli bombings have no effect militarily.”
“Armed people in Palestine are in shelters, civilians are dying in residential buildings. We went through this in Syria, when in Damascus, for example, they sit in underground tunnels and come out only when necessary. Hamas prepared 100%, it was not without reason that they did this, they have reserves of weapons and food. (…) The Israelis are shown in columns on tanks, on infantry fighting vehicles, what are they waiting for? Waiting for drones to fly over them? We went through this during the special military operation. Tanks in urban areas are practically ineffective.”
“The Americans are trying to drag the Middle East into war; apparently, they decided not to stand ceremoniously with Israel; in this case, the damage to Israel would be unacceptable.”
“On the two aircraft carrier groups in the Mediterranean. On board these ships, according to my calculations, there are approximately 750-800 Tomahawk missiles, which cover a decent amount of the territory of the Russian Federation (…) Our President immediately decided to put Mig-31s with Kinzhal missiles on combat duty. For some reason, everyone imagines that one plane with one Kinzhal will fly somewhere, will fly along the Black Sea, but everything is much more global. Firstly, this is the use of all reconnaissance systems linked into a single information system with the issuance of specific target instructions to control points. If an aircraft enters the airspace of the Black Sea, then it must have a support echelon protecting it from enemy air attacks, air defense systems, and everything else. This is a global set of measures to deter the American aggressor from thinking of attacking the territory of the Russian Federation. In front of us are two aircraft carrier groups, equipped to the teeth, capable of hitting targets on the territory of our country, should we just stand there and pick our noses? We must react normally.”
“If the entire Middle East is drawn into the war, aircraft carrier groups try to strike the territory of Iran, then Iran will not remain silent, they have targets ready, all critical objects, they will attack them in different ways, despite the Iron Dome and everything else.”
Pentagon analysts will certainly understand what Gurulev is saying. Not Straussian neocon psychos though.
As the “long black cloud is coming down”, to reference Bob Dylan, it’s enlightening to pay very close attention to sterling voices of experience.
So let’s turn to Dr Mahathir Mohamad: 98 years old (no, not Kissinger); spent his entire adult life in politics, most of it as the Prime Minister of a very important nation (Malaysia); knows every world leader very well, including the current ones in U.S. and Israel; and at this late stage in life, fears nothing and has nothing to lose.
Dr Mahathir does cut to the chase:
” …The crux of the matter is that all these atrocities committed by Israel on the Palestinians stems from the American support for Tel Aviv. If the American Government withdraws its support for Israel and stop all military aid to the regime, Israel would not have carried out the genocide and mass murders of Palestinians with impunity. The United States Government needs to come clean and tell the truth. Israel and its IDF are the terrorists. The United States is blatantly supporting terrorists. So what is the United States?”
No point asking those currently driving U.S. foreign policy. They would barely be able to contain the foaming in their mouths.
Presidents, Prime Ministers, Congressmen, Generals, Spooks, Soldiers and Police ADMIT to False Flag Terror In the following instances, officials in the government which carried out the attack (or seriously proposed an attack) admit to it, either orally, in writing, or through photographs or videos:
(1) Japanese troops set off a small explosion on a train track in 1931, and falsely blamed it on China in order to justify an invasion of Manchuria. This is known as the "Mukden Incident" or the "Manchurian Incident". The Tokyo International Military Tribunal found: "Several of the participators in the plan, including Hashimoto [a high-ranking Japanese army officer], have on various occasions admitted their part in the plot and have stated that the object of the 'Incident' was to afford an excuse for the occupation of Manchuria by the Kwantung Army ...." And see this.
(2) A major with the Nazi SS admitted at the Nuremberg trials that - under orders from the chief of the Gestapo - he and some other Nazi operatives faked attacks on their own people and resources which they blamed on the Poles, to justify the invasion of Poland.
(3) Nazi general Franz Halder also testified at the Nuremberg trials that Nazi leader Hermann Goering admitted to setting fire to the German parliament building in 1933, and then falsely blaming the communists for the arson.
(4) Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev admitted in writing that the Soviet Union's Red Army shelled the Russian village of Mainila in 1939 - while blaming the attack on Finland - as a basis for launching the "Winter War" against Finland. Russian president Boris Yeltsin agreed that Russia had been the aggressor in the Winter War.
(5) The Russian Parliament, current Russian president Putin and former Soviet leader Gorbachev all admit that Soviet leader Joseph Stalin ordered his secret police to execute 22,000 Polish army officers and civilians in 1940, and then falsely blamed it on the Nazis.
(6) The British government admits that - between 1946 and 1948 - it bombed 5 ships carrying Jews attempting to flee the Holocaust to seek safety in Palestine, set up a fake group called "Defenders of Arab Palestine", and then had the psuedo-group falsely claim responsibility for the bombings (and see this, this and this).
(7) Israel admits that in 1954, an Israeli terrorist cell operating in Egypt planted bombs in several buildings, including U.S. diplomatic facilities, then left behind "evidence" implicating the Arabs as the culprits (one of the bombs detonated prematurely, allowing the Egyptians to identify the bombers, and several of the Israelis later confessed) (and see this and this).
(8) The CIA admits that it hired Iranians in the 1950's to pose as Communists and stage bombings in Iran in order to turn the country against its democratically-elected prime minister.
(9) The Turkish Prime Minister admitted that the Turkish government carried out the 1955 bombing on a Turkish consulate in Greece - also damaging the nearby birthplace of the founder of modern Turkey - and blamed it on Greece, for the purpose of inciting and justifying anti-Greek violence.
(10) The British Prime Minister admitted to his defense secretary that he and American president Dwight Eisenhower approved a plan in 1957 to carry out attacks in Syria and blame it on the Syrian government as a way to effect regime change.
(11) The former Italian Prime Minister, an Italian judge, and the former head of Italian counterintelligence admit that NATO, with the help of the Pentagon and CIA, carried out terror bombings in Italy and other European countries in the 1950s and blamed the communists, in order to rally people's support for their governments in Europe in their fight against communism. As one participant in this formerly-secret program stated: "You had to attack civilians, people, women, children, innocent people, unknown people far removed from any political game. The reason was quite simple. They were supposed to force these people, the Italian public, to turn to the state to ask for greater security" (and see this) (Italy and other European countries subject to the terror campaign had joined NATO before the bombings occurred). And watch this BBC special. They also allegedly carried out terror attacks in France, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, the UK, and other countries.
False flag attacks carried out pursuant to this program include - by way of example only:
The murder of the Turkish Prime Minister (1960) Bombings in Portugal (1966) The Piazza Fontana massacre in Italy (1969) Terror attacks in Turkey (1971) The Peteano bombing in Italy (1972) Shootings in Brescia, Italy and a bombing on an Italian train (1974) Shootings in Istanbul, Turkey (1977) The Atocha massacre in Madrid, Spain (1977) The abduction and murder of the Italian Prime Minister (1978) The bombing of the Bologna railway station in Italy (1980) Shooting and killing 28 shoppers in Brabant county, Belgium (1985) (12) In 1960, American Senator George Smathers suggested that the U.S. launch "a false attack made on Guantanamo Bay which would give us the excuse of actually fomenting a fight which would then give us the excuse to go in and [overthrow Castro]".
(13) Official State Department documents show that, in 1961, the head of the Joint Chiefs and other high-level officials discussed blowing up a consulate in the Dominican Republic in order to justify an invasion of that country. The plans were not carried out, but they were all discussed as serious proposals.
(14) As admitted by the U.S. government, recently declassified documents show that in 1962, the American Joint Chiefs of Staff signed off on a plan to blow up AMERICAN airplanes (using an elaborate plan involving the switching of airplanes), and also to commit terrorist acts on American soil, and then to blame it on the Cubans in order to justify an invasion of Cuba. (15) In 1963, the U.S. Department of Defense wrote a paper promoting attacks on nations within the Organization of American States - such as Trinidad-Tobago or Jamaica - and then falsely blaming them on Cuba.
(16) The U.S. Department of Defense even suggested covertly paying a person in the Castro government to attack the United States: "The only area remaining for consideration then would be to bribe one of Castro's subordinate commanders to initiate an attack on Guantanamo."
(17) The NSA admits that it lied about what really happened in the Gulf of Tonkin incident in 1964 ... manipulating data to make it look like North Vietnamese boats fired on a U.S. ship so as to create a false justification for the Vietnam war.
(18) A U.S. Congressional committee admitted that - as part of its "Cointelpro" campaign - the FBI had used many provocateurs in the 1950s through 1970s to carry out violent acts and falsely blame them on political activists.
(19) A top Turkish general admitted that Turkish forces burned down a mosque on Cyprus in the 1970s and blamed it on their enemy. He explained: "In Special War, certain acts of sabotage are staged and blamed on the enemy to increase public resistance. We did this on Cyprus; we even burnt down a mosque." In response to the surprised correspondent's incredulous look the general said, "I am giving an example".
(20) A declassified 1973 CIA document reveals a program to train foreign police and troops on how to make booby traps, pretending that they were training them on how to investigate terrorist acts:
The Agency maintains liaison in varying degrees with foreign police/security organizations through its field stations ....
[CIA provides training sessions as follows:]
a. Providing trainees with basic knowledge in the uses of commercial and military demolitions and incendiaries as they may be applied in terrorism and industrial sabotage operations.
b. Introducing the trainees to commercially available materials and home laboratory techniques, likely to he used in the manufacture of explosives and incendiaries by terrorists or saboteurs.
c. Familiarizing the trainees with the concept of target analysis and operational planning that a saboteur or terrorist must employ.
d. Introducing the trainees to booby trapping devices and techniques giving practical experience with both manufactured and improvised devices through actual fabrication.
The program provides the trainees with ample opportunity to develop basic familiarity and use proficiently through handling, preparing and applying the various explosive charges, incendiary agents, terrorist devices and sabotage techniques.
(21) The German government admitted (and see this) that, in 1978, the German secret service detonated a bomb in the outer wall of a prison and planted "escape tools" on a prisoner - a member of the Red Army Faction - which the secret service wished to frame the bombing on.
(22) A Mossad agent admits that, in 1984, Mossad planted a radio transmitter in Gaddaffi's compound in Tripoli, Libya which broadcast fake terrorist trasmissions recorded by Mossad, in order to frame Gaddaffi as a terrorist supporter. Ronald Reagan bombed Libya immediately thereafter.
(23) The South African Truth and Reconciliation Council found that, in 1989, the Civil Cooperation Bureau (a covert branch of the South African Defense Force) approached an explosives expert and asked him "to participate in an operation aimed at discrediting the ANC [the African National Congress] by bombing the police vehicle of the investigating officer into the murder incident", thus framing the ANC for the bombing.
(24) An Algerian diplomat and several officers in the Algerian army admit that, in the 1990s, the Algerian army frequently massacred Algerian civilians and then blamed Islamic militants for the killings (and see this video; and Agence France-Presse, 9/27/2002, French Court Dismisses Algerian Defamation Suit Against Author).
(25) The United States Army's 1994 publication Special Forces Foreign Internal Defense Tactics Techniques and Procedures for Special Forces - updated in 2004 - recommends employing terrorists and using false flag operations to destabilize leftist regimes in Latin America. False flag terrorist attacks were carried out in Latin America and other regions as part of the CIA's "Dirty Wars". And see this.
(26) Similarly, a CIA "psychological operations" manual prepared by a CIA contractor for the Nicaraguan Contra rebels noted the value of assassinating someone on your own side to create a "martyr" for the cause. The manual was authenticated by the U.S. government. The manual received so much publicity from Associated Press, Washington Post and other news coverage that - during the 1984 presidential debate - President Reagan was confronted with the following question on national television:
At this moment, we are confronted with the extraordinary story of a CIA guerrilla manual for the anti-Sandinista contras whom we are backing, which advocates not only assassinations of Sandinistas but the hiring of criminals to assassinate the guerrillas we are supporting in order to create martyrs.
(27) An Indonesian fact-finding team investigated violent riots which occurred in 1998, and determined that "elements of the military had been involved in the riots, some of which were deliberately provoked".
(28) Senior Russian Senior military and intelligence officers admit that the KGB blew up Russian apartment buildings in 1999 and falsely blamed it on Chechens, in order to justify an invasion of Chechnya (and see this report and this discussion).
(29) As reported by BBC, the New York Times, and Associated Press, Macedonian officials admit that the government murdered 7 innocent immigrants in cold blood and pretended that they were Al Qaeda soldiers attempting to assassinate Macedonian police, in order to join the "war on terror".
(30) At the July 2001 G8 Summit in Genoa, Italy, black-clad thugs were videotaped getting out of police cars, and were seen by an Italian MP carrying "iron bars inside the police station". Subsequently, senior police officials in Genoa subsequently admitted that police planted two Molotov cocktails and faked the stabbing of a police officer at the G8 Summit, in order to justify a violent crackdown against protesters.
(31) The U.S. falsely blamed Iraq for playing a role in the 9/11 attacks - as shown by a memo from the defense secretary - as one of the main justifications for launching the Iraq war. Even after the 9/11 Commission admitted that there was no connection, Dick Cheney said that the evidence is "overwhelming" that al Qaeda had a relationship with Saddam Hussein's regime, that Cheney "probably" had information unavailable to the Commission, and that the media was not 'doing their homework' in reporting such ties. Top U.S. government officials now admit that the Iraq war was really launched for oil ... not 9/11 or weapons of mass destruction. Despite previous "lone wolf" claims, many U.S. government officials now say that 9/11 was state-sponsored terror; but Iraq was not the state which backed the hijackers. (Many U.S. officials have alleged that 9/11 was a false flag operation by rogue elements of the U.S. government; but such a claim is beyond the scope of this discussion. The key point is that the U.S. falsely blamed it on Iraq, when it knew Iraq had nothing to do with it.).
(32) Although the FBI now admits that the 2001 anthrax attacks were carried out by one or more U.S. government scientists, a senior FBI official says that the FBI was actually told to blame the Anthrax attacks on Al Qaeda by White House officials (remember what the anthrax letters looked like). Government officials also confirm that the white House tried to link the anthrax to Iraq as a justification for regime change in that country.
(33) According to the Washington Post, Indonesian police admit that the Indonesian military killed American teachers in Papua in 2002 and blamed the murders on a Papuan separatist group in order to get that group listed as a terrorist organization.
(34) The well-respected former Indonesian president also admits that the government probably had a role in the Bali bombings.
(35) Police outside of a 2003 European Union summit in Greece were filmed planting Molotov cocktails on a peaceful protester
(36) Former Department of Justice lawyer John Yoo suggested in 2005 that the US should go on the offensive against al-Qaeda, having "our intelligence agencies create a false terrorist organization. It could have its own websites, recruitment centers, training camps, and fundraising operations. I discovered GAW just over two years ago after becoming VERY aware around 2002' I had serious doubts about 9/11 on day one. As most of the world was glued to their TVs watching the towers come down while being told who done it, I was digging in searching and finding alternative explanations (Lyndon LaRouche, Michael Rupert, Alex Jones, for example)
At that time I observed a great many (maybe a majority) of the contributors here not knowing much about the CORONACON outside that which the MSM had presented to the masses. Over time I witnessed these people get informed and change their minds so that now most know the Corona Psy-Op was created to get the world jabbed with a bio-weapon. I saw the same thing happen after 9/11, though much more slowly.

In his recent Substack, Robert Morningstar points toward some of the many parallels between 9/11 and the Hamas attack, Sun, Oct 8, 2023 at 8:25 pm.
While most researchers in the 9/11 truth movement agree that the 9/11 false flag operation was a MIHOP (Made It Happen On Purpose), Morningstar suggests that Israel may be complicit here in a LIHOP (Let It Happen On Purpose).
He reposts on Twitter from Inversionism: “I’m not falling for this charade again. I learned this lesson years ago investigating 9/11.”
And he writes:
How is it possible the presumably omniscient All-Seeing Eye spies of Mossad have missed the massing of weapons and people to mount this assault?

I've had the gnawing feeling for weeks that with the Ukraine War failing dismally, and the "global war effort" fizzling just as dismally, the next stage of the US/UN/WEF Great Reset NATO "puppet show" would have to come soon and would have to be a total distraction, one so great that Ukraine will pale by contrast. The Deep State's Mockingbird media had to have a radical shift in perspective to produce a huge distraction to force the shift of attention from the tragedy of Ukraine to another, alternative, locus of focus.

We - members of this movement - must stop watching sports. It’s weakening us. Like pornography, it is a simulation of engaging in the act itself, chemically satisfying our need for play and vigor without providing any of the relevant strength and virtue.
The relationship of modern man to sport is an unusual one. The playing of sport has been neatly removed from the life of the average adult. In ages past, engaging in sport was both an intrinsic part of the noble individual’s life and a constituent part of the social fabric within which he operated.
Professional, commercialized sports, conversely, place the activity entirely outside society - both omnipresent and yet totally alien and untouchable, impossible to participate in except as impotent observer, without any wider metaphysical, ethical, or religious significance.
Sport as pure spectator entertainment is trivial and sterile, and emblematic of a decadent late-stage culture that has lost its vitality. Sport has meant many things to the various cultural eras of Western history, but what these understandings have in common is the integration of the participation in sport into grander ideas of peoplehood, worship, and nobility.
Previous generations integrated physical play into the complex dynamics of energetic societies. Sport was used to elevate the quality of the young, to inculcate hard-won values and virtues, to cultivate aristocratic abilities like hunting and defence, to compete not just as individuals but as communities - each town measuring itself against the vitality of the next town over, attempting to demonstrate the superiority of a particular way of life over a rival.
Émile Friant, Wrestling (1889) Sport has been the foundation of identity, worship, celebration, joy, beauty, and the pursuit of a more perfect human.
Recent scholarship shows links among these Late Bronze Age cultures, including religious ceremonies, at least paramilitary combat sports, hunting, and bull sports. Religious rituals included processions, sacrifice and feasting, and music and dancing; and recurrent warfare fostered militaristic performances. Analogous to warfare, hunting, especially the great or royal hunts, involved extensive orchestration in practice and embellishment in art. Debate continues on the techniques, operation, and meaning of bull sports. If practiced locally and not just adopted in art, they could differ from culture to culture and era to era, but the elements of animal power, violence, and danger, and the necessity of human skill and fitness to avoid injury or death, were inherent in the activity.

This grand conception of sport was bought to its zenith in the ancient world with the Olympics, which were held far more metaphysical significance than their modern imitations. They centered the concepts of divinity and ethnicity.
Every four years the city-state of Elis held the oldest and most prestigious athletic competition of antiquity in the festival of Zeus at his sanctuary at Olympia. Competitors and spectators came from all over the Mediterranean for over a thousand years, from the eighth century B.C. to at least the late fourth century A.D.
Ancient Greece was not a single state but rather an area full of small, fiercely independent city-states too often at war with each other. At the Panhellenic (all-Greek) games of Zeus, however, Greeks assembled to venerate their gods, enjoy elite competition, and appreciate their common culture, which included their language, gods, mythology, and, of course, their passion for athletics. By Hellenistic times, the Olympics even provided the Greeks with a shared Olympic chronology. Vital to Greek ethnicity, Olympia reminded Greeks of what made them Greek.
Our task as contemporary dissidents is, for the immediate future, less grand than the establishment of such a majestic and sprawling event. We are too few and too early in our societal re-conceptualization. If we are to become the ascendent aristocracy required for the formation of a new age, we likewise must not relegate ourselves to being mere observers of sport - we must become competitors.
I suspect that a better model for us can be found earlier, further back in the reaches of history. We must turn to the Iliad to see the proper orientation of a small elite caste to noble competition.
Homer's epics provide the earliest and greatest descriptions of athletic competitions in Western literature. With elite competitors vying for multiple rich prizes, the main setting for sport in epic was funeral games, sport as surrogate combat, as in the contests Achilles organized for Patroklos in Iliad 23. Sport was an obvious and extended metaphor for war: prowess with the javelin in sport and war were analogous, and Achilles' pursuit of Hector around Troy is compared to a contest for a prize at funeral games.
Homer endorses the earliest Greek values and etiquette of sport, an aristocratic ideology of action that reinforced the warrior's heroic or aristocratic code. Their fathers told Glaukos and Achilles "Always to be best and to be eminent beyond others". To be recognized as a good man, an agathos, a man of worth, one had to possess and demonstrate arete or especial skill or excellence, most effectively in war but also in other areas such as hunting and sport.
The key word above is action. Mandatory participation for those that claim leadership roles and nobility. To maintain a higher place in their societal order, these aristocratic virtues had to be refined, demonstrated, proven.
Leaders were expected to be competitive, involved individuals rather than passive spectators in war and politics. Aggression in war and competition in games externalized and embodied excellence, confirmed status, and brought honor (‘time’). Hector rebukes Paris for shamefully shirking battle, and he himself would feel shame before the Trojans if he cowardly avoided fighting, even if the situation was hopeless.
Could anything be more different to the life and values of the average modern ‘sports fan’?
One of the most detestable books I’ve ever read (or attempted to read - I threw it away halfway through) is Fever Pitch, Nick Hornby’s autobiography told through the lens of his obsession with Arsenal football club.
It’s a perfect confessional of the sins of the modern sporting fan; the weak man whose entire life structure is built around a para-social relationship with a business, with men that he doesn’t know and whose world he can never truly be a part of.
The early chapters of the book are primarily an examination of the dynamics of the author’s relationship with his father. As his parents are divorced, he spends little time with his father, and their only frame of mutual understanding is watching football, which therefore becomes invested with far too much psychic and spiritual value.
A curious detail is that at no point in the book does the author actually mention playing sports with his father. He is never taught the art of the physical, to manipulate himself and the world around him. Instead, he is indoctrinated into a world of voyeurism, of spectatorship, of mutual disconnection and weakness.
Later on, he slightly pathetically admits that he doesn’t want to meet the players themselves, lest it be revealed that the players care less about the club and its fortunes than he does, undermining the fundamental value system around which his life revolves.
Sports fans might argue that certain virtues remain: the powerful roar of the crowd, the lifelong loyalty to an identity. But these virtues are fake and co-opted into the safe and progressive matrix in which we live.
Loyalty to a major sporting brand is a totally sterilized and arbitrary form of loyalty; it is identity neutered and made safe. It is the semblance of difference, a surface-level division with chants and colors and flags that indicate no deep physical or metaphysical distinctions.
This perversion of loyalty therefore teaches us that difference does not truly matter, and you’re silly if you take it too seriously. It allows men to satiate themselves on synthetic loyalty, placating their natural instincts for meaning without ever allowing them to truly inhabit it.
Professional sports also degrade our understanding of the fundamental concept of identity. Players can come from all over the world, with different languages, values, religions, ethnicities - but as long as they sign a professional contract and pull on a colored shirt, they are immediately accepted as not just members but representatives of a local community. It is the total financialization and trivialization of the social fabric.
Before professionalization and the importation of men from elsewhere, truly local teams would have to draw deeper from their limited local talent pool. All kinds of amateur men, including quite ordinary ones, would have to stay in shape and compete to help out. The sport truly represented the community, and the men were elevated by the necessity of their participation.
More cynically, modern sporting associations - and the web of progressive institutions that attach to them - realize that sport is a natural vehicle for the propagation of values. Thus we see endless rainbow flags, kneeling, etc.
Here it is worth asking what the natural virtues of sport should be, rather than the artificial ones superimposed on it by liberal ideologues.
Plato, for example, thought play was associated with the sacred. It was important, from his point of view, to be serious with what is truly serious. And for him, “God alone is worthy of supreme seriousness.”

To quote Plato directly:
But man is God’s plaything, and that is the best part of him. Therefore every man and woman should live life accordingly, and play the noblest games and be of another mind from what they are at present.… Life must be lived as play, playing certain games, making sacrifices, singing and dancing, and then a man will be able to propitiate the gods, and defend himself against his enemies and win in the contest.
St. Thomas Aquinas - influenced by Aristotle - held a similar perspective:
In Thomas’s view, it is also possible to sin by having less play in one’s life than is reasonable. A person who is always grave or serious and does not participate in any activities that provide enjoyment would be sinning... In human affairs whatever is against reason is a sin. Now it is against reason for a person to be burdensome to others, by offering no pleasure to others, and by hindering their enjoyment.
Uniting these perspectives is the centrality of the notion of play - one must play a sport, not observe it, to gain its virtues and to rejoice in our God-given bodies. It is no coincidence that this demand for participation, to step into the arena, spans the great ancient and medieval thinkers. Any sport that demands that you better yourself will suffice. Choose boxing or BJJ if in doubt.
Thus will we find joy for others and honor (arete) for ourselves.
BIDEN IMPEACHMENT WITNESSES, MY LIST OBAMA IS NUMBER ONE

I was on the radio today with Sean Casey and Bruce Elliott at WCBM in Baltimore. We discussed, at Sean’s suggestion, who should be called as witnesses in the Joe Biden impeachment inquiry. I told him Barack Obama would top my list.
Here are several reasons why I think taxpayers would save a lot of time and money by demanding that the House Oversight Committee put former President Barack Obama on the witness stand.
Obama ordered Joe to go to Poland and bring an energy assistance plan that directly benefited Burisma Holdings, the Ukrainian natural gas conglomerate that, according to Devon Archer, began paying Hunter Biden attorneys fees in late winter 2014.
Obama conducted a long, private meeting with Joe Biden on April 16th, 2014, the same day Joe hosted Hunter and Devon Archer in Joe’s West Wing office to confer about next steps with Burisma.
Obama directed Joe Biden to bring energy assistance to Ukraine on April 21st-22nd that directly benefited Burisma Holdings.
Obama ordered Attorney General Eric Holder to go to the Ukraine Forum on Asset Recovery on April 29th in London and make a show of the U.S. investigating Mykola Zlochevsky’s $23 million money transfer from London to Cyprus. That investigation ultimately failed miserably.
Obama put Democrat climate operative John Podesta out in front of the White House press corps in the White House Briefing Room in May 2014 — one week before news broke that Hunter Biden was on the board of Ukrainian fracking company Burisma Holdings — specifically to sing the praises of fracking. Obama used Podesta’s reputation with the press to cover for the Biden Burisma kickback conspiracy.
Obama sent Joe Biden to Romania and Cyprus in May 2014, at which time Joe Biden initiated a relationship with Romanian President Klaus Iohannis, later inviting him to the White House. Chairman James Comer’s House Oversight Committee investigation has clearly established Romanian businessman Gabriel Popoviciu deposited over $3 million to Biden family and Biden associate accounts beginning in 2015 shortly after the two men met in the West Wing. In Cyprus, Joe put on a charade of conducting diplomacy while within surf casting distance of Burisma’s banking stronghold. Testimony before the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee indicates Zlochevsky paid an unknown entity a $7 million bribe in May 2014. A trusted FBI informant has detailed in an FD-1023 that Zlochevsky told him he paid $10 million in bribes to Hunter and Joe, but through banking transactions.
Obama sent Joe to Ukraine in December 2015 to fire Viktor Shokin, Ukraine’s Prosecutor General, because he was investigating Mykola Zlochevsky and Burisma. Shokin was fired, and the Burisma investigations ceased.
Obama was the invisible hand behind the whole scheme. But personally, I don’t think he profited financially. I think it was more a game for him of besting Putin while covering for Joe’s crimes. And now we know how terribly that has backfired.
Another witness with a lot of information about covering for Joe’s crimes is Delaware lawyer/operative Alexander Mackler. The House Oversight Committee has requested all documents to or from Alexander Mackler to, from, copying, or regarding Hunter Biden while he worked for Joe Biden in the White House. That’s a start, but here my reasons why he should be called to testify in public.
Mackler, according to Laptop emails, may have been present at a Burisma strategy planning meeting in Wilmington, Delaware, April 2014 with Hunter, Beau, and Joe.
Mackler worked for Joe in the vice president’s counsel’s office from September 2014 to August 2016, the time period when Joe was most active in the Burisma kickback scheme.
Mackler worked for U.S. Attorney in Delaware David Weiss when that office began its investigation into Hunter Biden’s business activities in 2018.
Mackler left that job and now works as Delaware’s deputy attorney general.
Another conspirator is Biden’s Special Presidential Coordinator for Global Infrastructure and Energy Security, Amos Hochstein. Handsome and well dressed, Hochstein would probably snitch on his Biden Burisma kickback co-conspirators if faced with jail time.
Hochstein in July 2014 testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee about the Obama administration’s energy assistance for Ukraine. Two of the four elements of the assistance directly benefitted Burisma.
Hochstein met with Joe Biden in the West Wing mere days after that testimony.
Hochstein’s named then appeared in a July 2014 Heather King email to Hunter Biden and other conspirators as the fix-it guy for a Burisma problem with the State Department.
Hochstein in November 2015 worked closely with Hunter and Joe in the run-up to Joe’s demand that Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin be fired.
Hochstein lied to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee investigators in 2020. Lying to Congress is prison time.
Finally, I would add that U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt, yet another co-conspirator, would give up substantial information if faced with prison time.
Pyatt personally oversaw Joe Biden’s three visits to Ukraine in 2014 as the Burisma kickback conspiracy was unfolding.
Pyatt directed embassy personnel and assets to directly fund, through USAID, what are believed to be multimillion dollar grants for Burisma in October 2014.
Pyatt was a key contributor to the takedown of Prosecutor Shokin in 2015.
Pyatt was identified by Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi in a November 2015 email to Hunter Biden demanding action against Shokin.
There are many more reasons for each conspirator to be called to testify. These are simply the highlights. But to me, that’s plenty.
Defense Attorneys Sound Alarm on ‘RECYCLED JURORS’ on J6 Trials: ‘WHAT’S GOING ON?’

Numerous defense attorneys representing January 6 defendants are perplexed in discovering that potential jurors are being recalled or “recycled.”
On Sept. 5, a day after Labor Day, defense attorneys discovered their potential jury pool consisted of jurors who were excused the week before.
“I have never seen this in all my years of practicing law.” defense attorney Steven Metcalf fumed while exiting the federal courthouse after jury selection of Zachary Alam’s trial.”Are there any jurors left in DC? What is going on here?”
The Gateway Pundit sat as the lone observer in the courtroom for nearly the entire duration of Alam’s 8-day trial and spent hours talking with Metcalf about this peculiar jury selection.
Repeatedly throughout Alam’s jury selection, Metcalf asked each potential juror that he was allowed to vet whether they recognized anyone else in the room.
By day 2, dozens of the potential jurors answered in the affirmative, referencing other individuals they convened with at the federal courthouse just a week prior when they were struck down for jury duty in other J6 cases.

“Do recognize anyone in this room,” Metcalf a woman who was later seated on the jury.
“Yes, I saw some of the people here last week when I was called for jury selection in another case,” she replied.
Conspicuously, one potential juror after another took the stand with the same story.
As Metcalf spoke to the approximate twentieth potential juror who confirmed they were at jury selection the week prior for another J6 trial, Judge Dabney Friedrich visibly restrained from bursting into laughter.
U.S. District Judge Dabney Friedrich. Neither Friedrich, the Marshalls nor the prosecutors could keep a straight face.
Jury selection is a big mystery amongst a litany of shocking aberrations of the application of the law in J6 trials.
Getting called for jury duty is a simple luck of the draw. Many Americans go through their lives never being summoned or answering a jury duty summons. Few are called repeatedly and actually answer. But for some reason, many in Washington DC are reporting for jury duty for two different trials two weeks in a row.
A computer randomly picks prospective jurors from the jury pool during a “Detailed Randomization Procedure,” according to the Jury Selection Plan for the United States District Court For the District of Columbia.
The alleged random selection process makes it unlikely that someone will get summoned to serve twice, comparable to winning the lottery multiple times.
Once an individual reports for service, their name is pulled from the jury pool for at least the next 12 months, even if the individual does not get placed on a jury.
According to § 11–1911. Length of service, of the Code of the District of Columbia:
In any twenty-four month period, an individual shall not be required to serve more than once as a grand or petit juror except as may be necessary by reason of the insufficiency of the master juror list or as ordered by the Court.
While jury duty is a civic requirement for all eligible citizens in the District Of Columbia, the state restricts how often you can be summoned for jury duty in order to ensure a fresh jury pool and prevent undue hardship by being summoned too frequently.
Similarly, the Virginia State Bar states, “You can be called for jury duty no more than once every three years.”
If a prospective juror is not selected to sit on the panel or struck down, they are deemed to have fulfilled service and are not required until summoned again.
Once an individual actually serves, the Jury Act also exempts an individual from federal jury service for the next two or three years, depending on the jurisdiction.
“Is jury selection as entirely random as the government claims or something else is at work here?” The Gateway Pundit asked Metcalf after observing the preposterous hilarity in the courtroom.
“Really, what’s going on is jurors were here last week,” the high-profile New York native explained in an exclusive interview with TGP. “Seven jury trials started yesterday, I went to other cases and there were attorneys complaining about the same thing.”
Bewildered, Metcalf broke out into a tune, singing the famous Marvin Gaye song, “What’s going on?”
“I went through 85 potential jurors,” he explained, “More than 20 people said they were here in this courthouse last week for jury selection. I identified 20, at least! Other attorneys identified more as well.
“Who shows up to jury selection on a Monday and gets denied on a Tuesday or Wednesday and then will actually show back up to the same courthouse, again, the following Tuesday?
“Please tell me… what’s going on? Do you not see a problem there? You get excused for jury duty, you’re supposed to be excused for a substantial period of time, not excused for five days during the holiday weekend. Investigate what is going on and find an expert.
“How long has this been going on? This is a huge problem. I’ve never seen this before.”
The District of Columbia is obviously running out of jurors, Metcalf surmised, calling attention to yet another smoking gun showcasing why every J6 trial should be relocated to a different jurisdiction. In the District of Columbia, the jury pool is already tainted with a 96 percent voting rate for Joe Biden, government employees and Antifa ideologues.
“They don’t have anyone else to call!” Metcalf admonished. “The Clerk’s office is not even going back a couple of years or months to find jurors — they have been going back to last week!
“Then, they even get wiser after each jury selection process,” he continued. “Potential jurors admitted on the stand that they started Googling the Jan. 6 cases that are listed on a calendar displayed in the hallway of the federal courthouse while waiting to be selected as a juror. They sit in a room with their devices for hours while they wait to be called in.”
If you Google January 6, you are likely to find Zachary Alam is one of the several January 6 defendants who stood beside Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt when she was shot dead by Lt. Michael Byrd, who was promoted after the homicide that has yet to be fully investigated.

In defense of Alam, Metcalf zealously fought to call to the stand Lt. Michael Byrd and Officers McKenna and Tyson, the two officers who stood by beside Byrd as he shot Babbitt.
This request was denied on the morning Metcalf had to call his first witness in presenting his defense.
As Metcalf sounded the alarm on the smoking gun during jury selection in Alam’s case, various other jury selections were underway at the same in the courthouse.
Attorney Roger Roots revealed the same mysterious jury recycling conundrum that occurred during his client J6 defendant Ryan Zink’s trial.

The absurdity of the juror recycling “really supports the idea that there needs to be a change of venue for all these cases because the whole city is running out of potential jurors. Honestly, all these cases need to be tried elsewhere where there are bigger jury pools.”
Metcalf is known for representing other January 6 defendants Edward Jacob Lang, Dominic Pezzola, Daniel Christmann and Trennis Evans.
Roger Roots also defended Pezzola, the only Proud Boys acquitted of the seditious conspiracy charges.

Henry Enrique Tarrio was not in Washington DC on January 6, yet he was sentenced to 22 years while Ethan Nordean was sentenced to 18 years, Joseph Biggs to 17 years and Zachary Rehl to 15 years for walking through the Capitol Building for approximately 15 minutes.
Lang saved the lives of Tommy Tatum and J6 defendant Philip Anderson on January 6. He is seen in footage captured on multiple cameras pulling their lifeless bodies off the ground while they were being trampled and beaten by cops.

Lang’s case will be the first J6 case to reach the Supreme Court as he seeks dismissal of the 1512, Obstruction of an Official Proceeding count, a crime that was not applied to protesters who stormed the Capitol buildings across the nation prior to Jan. 6.
“If you were looking for the greatest nefarious act of Biden’s DOJ, well you have now found it,” the 28-year-old political prisoner cautioned after catching wind of the foul play during Alam’s jury selection.
“The repercussions of this insane violation of January 6 defendant’s rights could rattle the core of the Department of Justice,” Lang told TGP in an exclusive interview. “Many cases that used recycled jurors should be completely thrown away. No more J6 trials can feasibly happen in Washington DC. The January 6ers deserve a change of venue.
The real question is how long does US Attorney’s Office Matthew Graves think they could get away with this incomprehensible aberration of defendants’ Constitutional Rights? The American people are now demanding answers, and quite frankly the deserve them.”

The total collapse of reality may be at hand. We have already witnessed mass formation during the Great Panic of 2020, where large swaths of the world seemingly lost touch with reality. That was just a foretaste of what is about to come.
This is hard to understand, and you might need to read it multiple times. Do it, lest you fall prey to a simulacrum.
There’s a big word that you can add to your vocabulary: Simulacrum.
It is a hard word to wrap your head around, but one you are not too likely to forget. Indeed, you should not forget it!
Collins defines it as: “1) an image; likeness; 2) a vague representation; semblance; 3) a mere pretense; sham.”
Cambridge Dictionary says: “something that looks like or represents something else”.
Purdue University put it this way: “Something that replaces reality with its representation.”
Jean Baudrillard wrote about this in a 1981 paper called “The Precession of Simulacra”, where he digs deeper, making a distinction between a simulation and a simulacrum.
Whereas representation attempts to absorb simulation by interpreting it as a false representation, simulation envelops the whole edifice of representation itself as a simulacrum. Such would be the successive phases of the image:
it is the reflection of a profound reality;
it masks and denatures a profound reality;
it masks the absence of a profound reality;
it has no relation to any reality whatsoever;
it is its own pure simulacrum.
So, the switch for reality is anti-reality: “The simulacrum is never what hides the truth – it is truth that hides the fact that there is none.”
This whole process does not happen in a vacuum because it involves human agency. Reality exists but human perception distorts it.
Just for review, reality slips into distortion, then into simulation, then finds its resting place in a state of simulacrum. Reality is subsumed by the simulacrum.
An example of simulacrum in the making It is estimated that 90 percent of all online content will be generated by AI by 2025. This means news, social media posts, chats, pictures, videos, podcasts, websites, etc. A deluge of fake social media accounts will be run by AI. In short, everything.
Nina Schick, A.I. thought leader, wrote,
“What generative AI can do, essentially, is create new things that would have thus far been seen as unique to human intelligence or creativity, Generative AI can create across all media, so text, video, audio, pictures – every digital medium can be powered by generative AI. So, I think these valuations that you’re seeing for OpenAI are actually going to go up and you’re going to start to see even more generative AI companies which have universal applications across many industries in 2023.”
People will remember back to 2023 images and think that nothing has changed in 2025.
Warning : The Total Collapse Of Reality Could Be At Hand As described above, a simulacrum is anti-reality.
This is not a paradigm shift of reality. This is not a “new realty”. This is not reality, period. Unfortunately, billions of people risk being captured by it.
