Bit of a knee jerk reaction I know.. But still... If the legislative body of the State of Arizona does not have authority to decertify and run their elections and electoral votes as they see fit. Then they really do not have authority over it at all. Arizona citizens need to contact your legislature and demand legal action. There is legal precedent of office forfeiture. I just dont think at the presidential or maybe even anywhere at federal level
They are legislators, they need to legisltate into law for their state a new election framework of regulations and laws to avoid what happened in 2020. Use the new laws to tie directly to Trumps election interference EO. Outline a criminal code and criminal justice requirements, asset forfeiture requirments, office forfeiture, electoral vote forfeiture, etc. Using the EO as a reference.
Effectively putting the EO into law, on the books, somewhere Trumps EO. Other states can adopt similar laws. Once enough states support it you can put pressure at the federal level. Then use the supreme court to sue the administration to try and enforce the EO.
Why do we keep election records for 22 months by law if not to be able to correct wrongs?
Please return home and start running for local, state, and federal elected positions.
