As mentioned before, I believe China is fascist with a facade of Communism, in the definition of Communism everything is owned by the people and gets rewarded based on their ability to provide to the community.

Communism is where everything is owned by the people, it's all based on demand for something, in a Communism setup you would collectively work together and vote on which problems need work and based on that vote you would get rewarded proportionally.
