The Dictator speech on vax mandates from Xiden looks like a CGI character? Also, he is able to continue a speech of more than a few minutes, no real gafs and an awfully aggressive demeanor. It seemed very off, even for him. I don’t feel it is him, or there is an actor playing the actor that normally plays Xiden.
