Yeah, they have only talked about owning the weather since like '96.

The use of arosels combined with VHF & ULF wave lengths, used to heat or cool the ionosphere. Is a very real technique. They didn't take those frequencies off the "air" for your digital viewing pleasure... They took them off, to conduct experiments.. The earth is not Flat, but Weather Modification is very real.
