Nah if you watch the uncut video there is a clear shot inside and there is only one wheel, gateway pundit cut the video very misleadingly, the man next to him is just holding a phone or radio out in front of him.
Ford isn't making this truck for any right hand drive market anyway so it would've needed a complete re-engineer.
