My wife and I have been using berkey water filters for years. It seems like they are being sued for misleading claims. Is anyone out there confident in their water filtration systems? What are ya'll using?

Not sure what this will end up like, bare with me...

I grew up as a die hard anarchist. I called myself a green anarcho-socialist. I thought we needed to take care of the environment and earth first, be rid of a centralized state, and cooperatively produce for the communities needs.

I more or less think the same thing. Only instead of a bunch of dreaded stinky hippies playing drums in a garden I envision productive people filling the diverse niches of our modern day lifestyles with the creative industriousness that got us this far.

I still think we need smaller government, but I do believe we need the protection from international/globalist powers. I think we need some protections from the exploitation of monopolies and some form of structure to help the needy (Preferably Church or other independently organized community safety nets).

So, when I hear of a 15 minute city my inner child is like yes, permaculture forest and gardens and local artisans and manufacturing and independently owned and run restaurants and food hubs. But, that is not what the 15 minute city will be.

Somewhere, there will be factories where they farm bugs for food. There will be chemical plants manufacturing products from lab cultures of genes or plastics and gmo based oils. There will be the artificial womb factory and everyone will be sterilized. No one will own or produce anything. The government will give you your calorie card for purchasing the diverse shapes of lab made "food stuffs" to feel like you have a choice. Your carbon score will determine your travel and any unnecessary consumption you may want to dabble in out of nostalgia.

We need to let people know all this will do is further centralize the production which is the opposite of socialism. Without free speech, they would not be able to burn flags. Without guns, it's over. Without land ownership, there is no freedom.

So, say you wanted to control the world with viruses and "medicine". Now, you don't want to kill all your customers that quickly but they need to get sick easily so we don't have to spend too much on mutating and developing new vaxxxs so first, we'll ruin the populations immune system so they are highly susceptible to contraction and transmission.

They need you on the smart electric grid to collect the data of your usage. You can't go buying some black market propane when your electric gets cut from your excess carbon usage now can ya?
