Tire pressures are about 35 psi or 2 atmosphere. In space since there is no atmosphere, the difference between the air inside and outside is only 3 atmosphere woth, 50% increase, which the tires are likely able to withstand (provided the rocket engineers are stupid enough to not deflate them first). The camera was only following the car for 4 hours, the leather is not going to vapourize that quickly.
