I've been going a Calvary Chapel church for almost 20 years now. Our paster is rock solid teaching verse by verse. I've grown quite a lot there.
This is the way. I'm in the US though but I've gotten 3 separate packages through of 100, 200 and 200 tablets for different people in the past month, no issues so far.
