I'd say by plane. More specifically the Airbus A400M. 110 people fit into a 40-foot FEU container, fly them over the desert, open the cargo ramp and out they go!

You don't have to worry about their way home, they know their way around the desert better than we do anyway, without exception.

Costs:

  • Fuel costs: $46,170
  • Crew costs: $13,500
  • Maintenance costs: $36,000
  • Total costs: $95,670
Thus -> repatriation costs per head: approx. $870

If we offset this against those currently obliged to leave the country, we arrive at the total cost of the first disposal wave: 300,000 x 870 = 261 mill. This is roughly equivalent to the annual budget of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture. This means that we have already processed those who have to leave anyway. What else... so the flight there and back takes 9 hours, it has to be flown 2728 times, the Luftwaffe currently has 42 A400M transporters, each aircraft has to fly 65 times... The operation will take about 3 months due to labour laws. We include those with tolerated status because they also have to leave.
