I rent now, after owning a house and then condos. My rent is 1,995 in a decent middle-class area. To buy at the current price of 500k would be 100k down and 2,800 a month including taxes and Ins. (Bankrate mortgage tool) but I'm pretty sure they are lowballing the taxes and insurance, then you have main't. House is in pretty good shape but will need rewiring, it was built in the mid-50s. As an almost 64 y/o there is no incentive to buy. Kek
Not trying to start a research project. Look up World IQ levels... It's just natural selection at work...
Great share! I bought 4 turkeys at Kroger after Thanksgiving, 5 bucks each, I Love turkey sandwiches, wife loves the dark meat, and my friend's dog enjoys the bones.
Lol, agreed
Wow, that sucks! If your income is low enough you can get out of paying for medicare. Florida for instance will pay it.
That's true in my case, but I was referring to colder climates.
Yup, I retired from FT at 55, worked 2 years PT, then moved abroad. Started my SS after coming back to the US and reaching 62. I'd collect a few hundred more a month if I waited until 66 and 10 months. Screw that!
I chase CC welcome bonuses, and never pay interest, but rotating threw them to keep them active sucks.
In my case, I'm planning on maintaining my current safety net and spending everything after that. No offspring to squander anything I leave behind and I already built a house for my wife in her country.
That's why I keep my credit good, if I become terminal, I'll Have as much fun as the CC will let me.
Disability SS is greater than the retirement amount. Also can collect for minor dependants with retirement or disability.
What a shill-game, I reduced my job to part-time so I'll only lose 4 months of SS next year.
They boost your SS by .66% per dollar at full retirement age, so you would be 80 before you get what they take back.
Great comments! Yes the 7 IQs are similar to a stereo equalizer in that people may be high scoring in some areas and low scoring in others. Ever seen Einstein's office? A pig-pen? Or read about Tesla? A very strange person...
Less than half the workers have decent benefits.
I agree! make the lazy, but able-bodied work. Then if there's still a need, make legal immigration great again.
I don't know, but going to a gold-backed currency has a strong possibility. The supposed huge gold find in Uganda is a play by the cabal to bring gold down in my book. In the end, you can't eat gold. I'm not going to buy too much gold, I retired early and spent most of my savings.
Great comment!
I have no desire to pan for gold in the wild or by buying paydirt. My plan is to be a paydirt vender. On YouTube, there is a to of mining and paydirt review channels. Learned that its a hobby for many and maybe 1% of miners bring in decent money.
Below spot and no creditcard markups seems better than JM Bullshit to me.
Not listing name of company where I buy, but if you check out Miller Prospecting dot.com he shows
Yup, my wife is Philippino and cooks great! However, very unhealthy food is popular there. I try to eat healthy with mixed results. kek
Yes, both my parents were high IQ, but daddy was a wife-beater type, and my mom was irresponsible a drunk and had a long string of bad men in her life. A lot of shit happened... Rather have been born to average IQ parents who were decent.
We mostly cook our own food. You know more about it that way. In the Philippines eating out is only slightly more than making your own. Rents are cheap and so is labor. Even McDonalds is a lot cheaper. Mostly selling fried chicken, not burgers. 4 years ago it was 1 piece of chicken, 1 sm fry, 1 rice, and 1 sm drink for the equivalent of 2.25 that was their promo meal.
I don't have a 180 IQ but have worked as a janitor before. Then I switched to security and at night. Can do your own thing at a lot of posts and work lots of hours while having "living room"or making money while on duty.
For instance several security jobs I did janitorial work for extra income (bartenders will pay). Also played computer games to earn money...
lol, dunno on eskimos
Me too! I didn't have a successful career, but I survived...
Wow, great comment.
