I've seen every major documentary out there about this subject, from "Imperium" to "Out of Shadows", "Burnt Pizza" and everything in between.
This is by far the hardest and most difficult to watch. But worth it.
Don't look away.

To add to some of the knowledge already here, Q's future predictive powers are purely probabilistic. Project Looking Glass doesn't show what the future WILL be, because the future isn't set. The future is based on probabilities of what might occur, based on actions taken in the present. Different choices have different likelihoods of taking place, which lead to varying scenarios.
So, PLG (if it exists) doesn't say what will be. It says what might be, if certain things do or don't happen, if certain people make certain choices, etc.
