Dorsey was gloating that Parler is not no.1 in that top. Since it was out, Signal became no.1 taking Parler's place in top downloads. That sick fuck was gloating not recommending Signal.

Dorsey was laughing that Parler was out when he showed Signal. He wasn't recommending it, he was gloating that Parler wasn't in that top anymore.
Telegram is running closed source on their servers, and is russian. You must be a fool if you think they're not eating up all of your data! Signal is also non-profit.
