Audrey Strauss, the Acting United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, William F. Sweeney Jr., the Assistant Director-in-Charge of the New York Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”), and Dermot Shea, Commissioner of the New York City Police Department (“NYPD”), announced that GHISLANE MAXWELL was arrested this morning and charged with enticing a minor to travel to engage in criminal sexual activity, transporting a minor with the intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, conspiracy to commit both of those offenses, and perjury in connection with a sworn deposition. The Indictment unsealed today alleges that between at least in or about 1994 through 1997, MAXWELL and co-conspirator Jeffrey Epstein exploited girls as young as 14, including by enticing them to travel and transporting them for the purpose of engaging in illegal sex acts. As alleged, knowing that Epstein had a preference for young girls, MAXWELL played a critical role in the grooming and abuse of minor victims that took place in locations including New York, Florida, and New Mexico. In addition, as alleged, MAXWELL made several false statements in sworn depositions in 2016. MAXWELL is expected to be presented this afternoon in the in federal court in New Hampshire. This case is assigned to U.S. District Judge Alison J. Nathan.
Acting U.S. Attorney Audrey Strauss said: “As alleged, Ghislaine Maxwell facilitated, aided, and participated in acts of sexual abuse of minors. Maxwell enticed minor girls, got them to trust her, and then delivered them into the trap that she and Jeffrey Epstein had set. She pretended to be a woman they could trust. All the while, she was setting them up to be abused sexually by Epstein and, in some cases, Maxwell herself. Today, after many years, Ghislaine Maxwell finally stands charged for her role in these crimes.”
FBI Assistant Director William F. Sweeney Jr. said: “Preserving the innocence of children is among the most important responsibilities we carry as adults. Like Epstein, Ms. Maxwell chose to blatantly disregard the law and her responsibility as an adult, using whatever means she had at her disposal to lure vulnerable youth into behavior they should never have been exposed to, creating the potential for lasting harm. We know the quest for justice has been met with great disappointment for the victims, and that reliving these events is traumatic. The example set by the women involved has been a powerful one. They persevered against the rich and connected, and they did so without a badge, a gun, or a subpoena - and they stood together. I have no doubt the bravery exhibited by the women involved here has empowered others to speak up about the crimes of which they've been subjected.”
NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea said: “The heinous crimes these charges allege are, and always will be abhorrent for the lasting trauma they inflict on victims. I commend our investigators, and law enforcement partners, for their continuing commitment to bringing justice to the survivors of sexual assault, everywhere.”
So, as I've said before, releasing an alleged client list to the public only opens up the DOJ to lawsuits for defamation. Unless those who are named as "clients" or having been coerced have been prosecuted and found guilty, those defamed individuals will win millions in judgments and their chances of being prosecuted will be greatly diminished.
Instead, I suggest Trump appoint a special counsel to investigate, build cases and turn over their recommendations to both the DOJ and to the public. As was done in the Russian hoax investigation.
Now, please realize some of those women who came forward and testified in the first trials of Epstein and Maxwell are conveniently dead now. The previous FBI and DOJ covered up for cabal activities and undoubtedly erased much of the evidence, but we still have documentation and testimony from two trials and three investigations, plus whatever remains of the evidence that has not been scrubbed.
What is the DOJ supposed to do right now? At a time when they are trying to rebuild confidence and faith in these corrupt institutions, should they just tell the truth and say yeah, the FBI and DOJ under Trump's 1st term and under Biden completely swept away all the evidence? It would be refreshing to hear an honest, no bullshit admission like that, but that is never going to happen.
I genuinely believe there is so much in this case that touches on national security issues, implicates the CIA and other intelligence agencies that this cannot be handled like a murder investigation.
This is why I believe there are over 80k sealed indictments, when they unseal them, mass arrests will take place on a scope and scale never dreamed of and those arrested will sit in prison without bail for years on end awaiting their trials due to the backlogs.
I recall it like it was yesterday ... (but really it was a few days ago). At the tail end of a week with pseudo conservative pundits like Tucker Carlson and their ilk, admonishing Trump to not split the MAGA movement, followed by their CIA advice for Trump to listen to. Trump ignored all of it and brilliantly navigated a deep state trap, from whence no former world leader could have escaped.
By God's directing Trump stopped 45 years of insanity and cut the snakes off at their head.
But the mood in here on GAW was mind blowing, I usually do not spend an overt amount of time here on weekends, because it gets slow, it's in between news cycles ... etc. But not Saturday, OMG, I saw activists and snowflakes abound. I read one post on how they were never coming back to GAW, all their hopes in Trump as a peace maker were soaked in liquid cyanide and WW3 was upon us. Ye of little faith.

It appears Jack Smith was caught blackmailing many individuals in separate cases.
Multiple whistle blowers came forward with 150-page affidavits with proofs and presented the evidence to the Biden DOJ. This evidence was, of course, suppressed by the DOJ. But Merrick Garland knew about the claims 18 months ago and had him summoned by Lisa Monaco, back to DC, where they used the evidence of his blackmailing schemes to, in turn, blackmail Jack Smith into bringing charges against Donald Trump, to thwart his reelection.

In 1987 a reboot of the American classic Star Trek series aired on television. The opening episode of Star Trek - The Next Generation introduced a character named Q.
Q was a near omnipotent being, who could traverse time and space with a mere thought and could change constants of universal mechanical laws with sheer intention.
Q appeared to Captain Picard on the bridge of the star ship Enterprise and put humanity on trial. Throughout the entire series, humanity's trial had never ended and how they chose to react to what was thrown against them would ultimately determine their fate.
The creator of Star Trek was Gene Roddenberry, and inventions that went to market in the 1990's through to today, like the flip phone and I-pad, are largely attributed to his vision of the future. So much so, that many speculate he had advanced knowledge of technology being perfected by DARPA decades before their release to the public. Gene died in 1991, but his legacy outlived him and will continue to do so for many years to come.
On the premise that Gene Roddenberry may have had access to future knowledge I went into a mini dive, because what I found out before going too deep at all was intriguing enough to say the least.

Every war fought in the 20th century and beyond has been about centralized banking and trade. The Arab Spring, where 5 North African countries fell like dominoes, all of which succumb to a western central bank control. 20 years of US involvement in Afghanistan, shut down the instant a deal had been made with western bankers instituting their central bank in Afghanistan.
Trump is taking down the central banks, who have robbed this nation since 1913, to the tune of 2-9% year. 120 years of devaluing the buying power of the US Dollar, just to the brink of the dollar having a negative value to where it started, some 122 years ago, under central bank control.
The dollar was devalued 2.24 to EU and CCP currency last week, which is brilliant when considering paying off Treasury note holders. It means we save two and a quarter percent on the debt payment.
Then he is bringing down the stock market, which makes treasury investments look attractive, while forcing the Fed to bring down interest rates, which will cause deflation.
Deflation is good for consumers and very bad for banks.
This process, though painful, is a syphoning of wealth from the 1% back to the 99% for the first time in history.

I was going to wait until morning to report this for final results, but I think it is important to show a 1am snapshot of the results and point this out.
Wisconsin had 3 important votes on the ticket the race for an open Supreme Court seat, the Superintendent of Schools and a state referendum on solidifying voter ID laws, which it already had but Democrats had figured out a loophole that the state legislators were trying to close.
The numbers between these three races do not add up and point to voter fraud and more corruption from the Wisconsin Election Commission. Kenosha county is already being sued for not calibrating their tabulation machines. Milwaukee ran out of paper ballots and switched to easily manipulated digital voting etc.
But look at the raw numbers and tell me if you can explain what I am seeing.

Brad Schimel: 1,046,105 votes 44.9% @95% of the votes tabulated

Superintendent Race:
Jill Underly: 1,132,937 votes 52.9% @ 95% of votes tabulated
Brittany Kinser: 1,007,072 votes 47.1% @ 95% of votes tabulated
Total votes: 2,140,009
Referendum on voter ID:
Yes: 1,411,163 votes 62.7% @95% of votes tabulated
No: 884, 838 votes 37.3% @ 95% votes tabulated and this number has gone down in the last hour from over 900k

Right off the bat I should never see a reporting number decrease, so I call foul ball on that alone but there are 100k - 200k discrepancies of vote totals between these three races all on the same ballot.
Earlier tonight I saw 240k vote difference between the superintendent race vs Supreme court showing 240 k more votes for Crawford than what the superintendent was showing and similar numbers for the referendum.
At one point it showed 200k more votes total between supreme court race and referendum vote. it still shows 90k discrepancies.
I've been watching the numbers all night and if you can explain how 240k more people voted for Susan Crawford than the referendum and the superintendent race, I'd like to know. and explain to me how the reporting numbers have actually decreased by 100k since midnight in some catagories, I'd like to know that too.
The Wisconsin Election Commission is so deeply corrupt I would like to see the death penalty handed out for messing with our elections.
I have mixed emotions of what I witnessed here tonight at the State of the union address 2025.
I think of the times and habbenings that brought us here. The decades that preceded the night's event showed the party of liberal giving, anti-war, smaller less intrusive government and free speech had become the party of policing thought, had defined correct speech and laid out huge punishments for using words they did not approve of. My people had become the party of bigger government, endless wars, slavery, and taxation. Then arose a man, a lifelong New York city Democrat but he saw the country plunging itself into the abyss.
This man watched the tidal wave of liberalism rush from the west coast eastward, gaining higher peaks of insanity on its way, its waves reaching higher and higher, while its ideology became more and more unhinged. If you stand east of the Catskills, you can see the high-water mark where the wave of liberalism reached its crescendo and died.
Their vision of the American dream had somehow withered into a wishful world of authoritarian thought control and population reduction. But a once liberal businessman with common sense decided to challenge the unhinged and that brings us here tonight.
As the Orange President with questionable hair entered the room I saw some familiar faces. The entire left side of the auditorium were filled with lizard people dressed in suites and pink dresses. I had not seen the likes of them since that hotel lounge in Vegas back in 69.
The President gave a remarkable speech that despite my resistance to all authority, I found myself saying, "It's about Goddamn time". But at no point did the lizard people stand or applaud the President or his message.
All I can say is my lizard friends have changed way too much over the decades for me to invite them over for a bonfire.
