Excellent article. Just to add. This is how the Dems won the 2018 elections in California. Republicans won every seat. Then the mail in ballots came in and they lost every seat. Democrats changed election rules prior to election.
I predicted they would do the same in 2020. Also, secretary of state in California ordered all voting machines get removed right after 2018 election. I've been suspended on Twitter do many times that I'm down to my 2014 account. I guess it's time say goodby to thar account.
