I'd love to believe this, but I don't see the IC conceding willingly - unless it's to push the narrative in the mockingbird media that Trump stole the election and it's a coup, Biden is conceding because he's the true unity candidate of high moral character, yada yada.
The alternate is that they push him to concede only to move forward with more of their assassination attempts. Because they have to realize that it only gets more devastating for them in a Trump 2nd term.
