OANN has received suspicious funding over its course. As I have not had any confirmation (or contact) from anyone at OANN, it's just an assumption at this time. Hence the question mark.
David Icke is confusing because there are many that tell me he is deliberately pushing misinfo (people who are otherwise right on most of this stuff as far as I can tell) but the things he says do not at all sound to be misleading (the big stuff). The details where there are contradictions, he could very easily be misled or just simply have a different perspective.
Alex Jones is indeed Illuminati (low level henchman).
