I'm not sure about the presence of black sites in Somalia, but there are plenty of active duty folks over there on deployment. One of my loved ones was on deployment in Somalia for awhile. [Note - no violation of opsec to say that by the way. It was public knowledge that Americans were/are there and this specific deployment is long over now.]
