One further note on 8kun in addition to the recommendations posted here.
The older followers that stayed on past the 8ch -> 8kun deplatforming and domain-name stealing attacks had other ways of accessing the site other than the 'clearnet', which is to say, browsing to the site via its normal DNS name.. whether directly or via VPN service.
It can be accessed via TOR, either to the site directly (which uses the tor mesh-of-vpns style service, or even more securely, to its .onion site which is the tor native website publishing mechanism, the most secure way to browse on tor.
Lokinet is also an option, I tested this out in the days when attacks were coming in thick and fast and it worked, albeit was very slow. Though its likely faster now, it remains a harder method than tor to get working. So might not be what anyone is looking for unless the main site gets taken down or the 8kun DNS is hijacked again.
Details on how to connect are on Jim Watkins site, who is the site owner and father of Ron who you may know as the amazing CodeMonkey.

As for other linked sites, that's a very broad question and really isnt possible to answer in the general sense. Mainly, I would be very reluctant to visit any tinyurl style redirection service which disproportionately gets used to link people to malware and other malicious content.
