Everyone that has ever been convicted of accounting fraud (and there are some big companies) on the basis of Benfords Law should immediately file lawsuits claiming that 'law' is obviously a conspiracy theory.
They could innudate the courts with compensation claims, release from prison for those still there. Because it is either the gold standard for detecting fraud, or it is some worthless conspiracy theory responsible for falsely convicting them. Can't be both.
It is breathtaking that they have blamed 'QAnon'. I want these people to go down so badly. Please please please let Gitmo be their fate.
They love that "conspiracy theory" line
This was 100% done to be picked up by media as a talking point to further discredit all fraud claims.
Is this even a lawyer speaking? or is it s "lawyer"?
It looks like it was filed by the Democrat governor, Tony Evers.

/sings.... What's Q got to do... got to do with it?
The whole point of taking a case to court is because, until proven otherwise, all cases are a 'conspiracy theory'. Thats what the courts job is - to weigh whether a 'conspiracy theory' is actually a conspiracy FACT. Calling an allegation a 'conspiracy theory' is not a credible defense
