I wonder if the Christmas star thingy isn't tied to the December 24th, 10 days darkness thingy, and the new federal holiday thingy? Do you have what you need for 10 days darkness? Does your family? Do your friends? Debating the possibility of the reality associated with all the implications tied to the 10-day darkness thingy, one has to wonder.

The winter solstice (12/21) is in December, the darkest day of the year. Also Christmas celebrates the birth of Jesus (light of the world) against the dark of winter, darkness of the soul that wanders. Many existing themes of dark to light in December.
