Its not the DNI that is dragging ass on the report. Its the ODNI of "career" intelligence officials thats part of the swamp. Looks to me like more DS just outed themselves.

Of course everyone wants a thorough analysis of what took place. But the statement makes it sound as if someone is dragging their feet or slow walking. What intel agencies were responsible for compiling the report? It isn't mentioned in the EO, just that DNI will conduct an assessment with other relevant exec. depts and agencies. Though that is only Sec. 1 a).and c) , Sec 1 b) is AG and Sec Home Security.
