Why won't the DNI deliver as per EO deadline of the 18th? https://mobile.twitter.com/ODNIgov/status/1339356234777047051 Constitutional duty failure?

Why has the DNI, CISA, and FBI failed to secure the nation from cyberattack? National security failure by civilian branch of the government?

Are they buying time for the deep state? Or opening the silo doors for Donald J. Trump to launch, intentionally or otherwise?

What is failure of civilian government? Dereliction of Duty.

Its not the DNI that is dragging ass on the report. Its the ODNI of "career" intelligence officials thats part of the swamp. Looks to me like more DS just outed themselves.
