After doing some digging, it looks like 313 was reactivated under JFK in '62. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/313th_Military_Intelligence_Battalion_(United_States)

Also, the famous Zapruder film shows the shocking bullet piercing JFK at "frame 313". In fact, there's a documentary called "Zapruder Frame 313".
