I couldn't say one way or the other if it is or isn't CJ John G. Roberts. I looked through the unred. JE Blk book and didn't find the man in question. No other individual with that name, nor middle name. Only one Roberts and no connection to him. Quite a few other interesting prominent individuals which aren't any real surprise. Will keep searching.
