I like your theory. At times I even thought that DJT was letting the Russia-gate go on for reasons to be used in the future. Barr may have done real (background) work then threw up a smoke screen to confuse and disassociate himself from what's happening. Identifying who is bad must have taken considerable work. It is very interesting to think DJT may move to take out many traitors in one swoop.
