I'd not heard that opinion regarding the Space Force, but it makes sense.
Obma's packing the general staff with leftist loyalists was unprecedented, in my understanding, but it did top off a 60-year campaign by libtards in Congress to makeover the military, using the excuses of fairness and justice, into a military the left-wing could control and possibly call into action.
