If Pelosi is going to change the amount to $2,000 per citizen. I would think it would have to go to a vote again in both houses. POTUS would have 10 days to slow walk it back. In the meantime they get a message to every Republican that a ya vote is a free ride to GITMO because by the time it takes effect it will be to late to stop what is coming.
